Office Policies:

Appointments


Patients are seen in our office by appointment, and this time is reserved exclusively for you. Your cooperation in keeping scheduled appointments is greatly appreciated. If rescheduling is necessary, please provide at least two business days’ notice so that we may offer your time to another patient. Respectfully, a cancellation fee may apply for short-notice changes or missed appointments. If you experience a dental emergency, please call as early in the day as possible so we can arrange to see you promptly. We will be glad to assist you. After hours, if we cannot be reached, you may contact the dentist-on-call as a last resort.

Fees, Payment, and Financial Arrangement

Our office follows the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide for General Practitioners. When necessary, we will provide a predetermination prior to treatment. We kindly ask that patients settle their accounts at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Interac direct payment, and cash.

Dental Insurance

We accept all types of insurance (non-assignment) including ODSP and HSO. Electronic claim submission is available in our office for your convenience. This service eliminates the need for manual paperwork and allows for faster reimbursement from your insurance company.
