Office Policies :

Appointments:
Patients are seen in the office by appointment, and this time is reserved exclusively for you. Your cooperation in keeping the appointment will be very much appreciated. Should reschedule be necessary, please give us 2 business days’ notice, so that your time can be given to another patient . Respectfully, a cancellation fee may be charged for a shorter notice or for missed appointments.
If you have a dental emergency, please call as early in the day as possible so that we may schedule to see you at the earliest convenience. We will be glad to help you! After hours, if we cannot be reached, you may call the dentist-on-call, as a last resort measure.

Fees, Payment, and Financial Arrangement:
Our office follows the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide for General Practitioner. We will provide predetermination prior to treatment when necessary. We request our patients pay their account at the time when service is rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Interac direct payment, and cash.

Dental Insurance

We accept all types of insurance (non-assignment) including ODSP and HSO. Electronic Claim Submission is available in our office for your convenience. This service eliminates the need to submit insurance forms manually and enables speedy reimbursement from your insurance company.
